Mise en scene decisions

We learned about low key and high key lighting, and also watched the opening scene from 'Gangs of New York' in which the first time it was without viewing the screen and just listening to the audio, we then analyzed the costumes, settings, props, characters to create an idea of what we wanted to include ourselves. Treatment for our horror trailer

Media Treatment At the beginning of the trailer, a family moves into a new home and a girl finds a note with an address on it written by the previous owner. The girl persuades her friends to track down the location as a joke because they want to investigate what was there and why the previous owner left the note. The friends find themselves at the location, which happens to be an abandoned house. A crow, crows in the background and this foreshadow danger that will happen later on. They walk up to the main entrance of the house and find out that the door is already opened slightly and begins to creak open by itself. Some of the friends decide not go in but the others take a risk and go inside. When exploring the house, one of the friends find a pitch-black room, decides to go in but the door shuts behind her and locks. In this room, the only thing is the CCTV camera in the corner. While the friends are walking around the house trying to find help, they come across a small T...
