First experiment of filming a conversation



Our group decided to do our film experiment on a conversation between a mother and a daughter at a restaurant, which ends badly as her mother receives some news she doesn't want to hear.

After we were finished filming we had to edit the film on imovie to cut down the scenes we didn't need to include. However, while filming we filmed it in one continuous clip but next time I will make sure to film it using different camera angles and shots.
As we wanted it to be set in a restaurant I added sound affects including a popping of a champagne cork and pouring into a glass, also  I added people talking and soft jazz music to the background to add to the feel of it being in a restaurant. At the end of the film the mother goes to slap her daughter after hearing the news she wasn't happy with but we wanted the volume to be louder so we added a golf ball being hit to make it more louder.
