Magazine Cover

In todays lesson, I designed the magazine cover for our trailer. I decided on the background of a silhouette of someone standing at the top of the stairs entering a basement, I chose this image because it resembles the overall idea of our trailer as the basement is the main location where it is filmed.

The overall green effect of the image is to link it back to the CCTV camera but the main image and a few other features of the cover were found on Google images until we replace them with images we've taken. I also used the "empire" logo which I took inspiration from as its a film magazine.  I also included advertisements such as "Exclusive interview with the director & cast from the newest film Don't go there" and " Exclusive inside 100 greatest films of all time" to attract the reader into reading the magazine.
As this is just temporary cover until we replace the images it will then look more like a magazine that features our trailer.
